The Challenge
A multi-line manufacturing plant had no real-time visibility into machine status, relying on manual hourly logs that lagged production reality by hours. Managers could not react to stoppages until the damage was already done.
The Solution
We deployed ESP32-based sensor nodes across 42 machines over Modbus/RS485, feeding a central IoT gateway and a live OEE dashboard with automated downtime alerts.
